Journal
An empty page in a journal is waiting to be nourished. Take a little time each day to fill your journal with the wildly delicious imagination that exists between your ears.
When you sit to write, find a place where you're free from interruptions and distractions like the phone or television. Go old fashioned with pen and notebook or grab a laptop. Then write. Just write. Whatever is in your head, put it on paper. It might someday produce an idea that will change the world. Or it might simply serve the purpose of getting all your anxiety out of your system.
Journaling is therapeutic, but it also helps us find our dreams which sometimes get lost in the daily grind of life. Reopen your dreams through writing and then take time to occasionally return to the pages of your journal and read your own thoughts. There, you just might be inspired and there, you might unlock the next great fundraising idea.
